Directions and Strategies of the Thai Petrochemical Industry

PTIT organized a seminar on “Petrochemical Industry Development Strategy” at the Miracle Grand Conventional Hotel, Bangkok, on August 15, 2011. This talk presented the background of the petrochemical industry in Thailand, conclusions of the current factors influencing the Thai petrochemical industry by SWOT analysis, the directions and strategies of the Thai petrochemical industryincluding opinions from notable personnel from the board of investment of Thailand, the national economic and social development board of Thailand, Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand and the Federation of Thai Industries. 

สถาบันปิโตรเลียมฯ จัดเสวนาเพื่อเผยแพร่และระดมความคิดเห็นต่อ“โครงการจัดทำยุทธศาสตร์พัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมปิโตรเคมี” ที่โรงแรมมิราเคิล แกรนด์ คอนเวนชั่น กรุงเทพฯ เมื่อวันที่ 15 สิงหาคม 2554 โดยมีการนำเสนอความเป็นมาและสถานการณ์อุตสาหกรรมปิโตรเคมีของไทยในปัจจุบัน ประเด็นปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบต่ออุตสาหกรรมปิโตรเคมีไทยตามแนวทางของการวิเคราะห์  SWOTและทิศทางและยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมปิโตรเคมีไทย นอกจากนี้ยังมีมุมมองและความเห็นจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญในหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง อาทิ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน สำนักงานคณะกรรมการพัฒนาการเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ การนิคมอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย และสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย

 

Security Audit

On August 22-23, 2011, PTIT organized a public training course on “Security Audit” at the Cape Racha Hotel and Thai Oil Refinery, Sriracha, Chonburi. This course was commissioned by Mr. Narong Chiyarak, Manager Security, PTT Exploration & Production Public Co., Ltd.  The course provided an overview of security, understanding of security risk management, general security design, security audit checklist, security audit practicing and security report writing.

ระหว่างวันที่ 22-23 สิงหาคม 2554 สถาบันปิโตรเลียมฯได้จัดฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร “Security Audit” ณ โรงแรมเคป ราชา และโรงกลั่นน้ำมันไทยออยล์ อำเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยมีคุณณรงค์ ไชยารักษ์ ผู้จัดการความมั่นคงปลอดภัย บริษัทปตท. สำรวจและผลิตปิโตรเลียมจำกัด (มหาชน)เป็นวิทยากรให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับภาพรวมของงานด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัย การบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยง หลักการออกแบบมาตรการความปลอดภัย การใช้แบบการตรวจประเมิน วิธีปฏิบัติในการตรวจประเมิน และการเขียนรายงานการตรวจประเมินเป็นต้น

Business Concepts: Natural Gas Industry in Its Value Chain

On August 26-28, 2011, PTIT organized a public training course on “Business Concepts: Natural Gas Industry in Its Value Chain”, conducted by Khunying Thongtip Ratanarat, member of the PTIT Foundation Board and Council of Trustees, at the Shinawatra Tower III, Bangkok.  The lecture focused on the economic implications of gas, including demand and supply, transportation, market, pricing, and future developments of the gas business.

เมื่อวันที่ 26-28 สิงหาคม 2554 สถาบันปิโตรเลียมฯ ได้จัดฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร“Business Concepts: Natural Gas Industry in Its Value Chain” โดยคุณหญิงทองทิพ รัตนะรัต กรรมการมูลนิธิเพื่อสถาบันปิโตรเลียมแห่งประเทศไทย และกรรมการอำนวยการสถาบันปิโตรเลียมแห่งประเทศไทย ณ อาคารชินวัตร 3 ถนนวิภาวดีรังสิต โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับภาพรวมของธุรกิจก๊าซธรรมชาติ ได้แก่ อุปสงค์และอุปทาน การขนส่ง สภาพตลาด การกำหนดราคารวมทั้งทิศทางของธุรกิจก๊าซธรรมชาติในอนาคต

Regulations for Human Resource Management

On August 3-4, 2011, PTIT organized a public training course on “Regulations for Human Resource Management” at the Pullman King Power Hotel, Bangkok. The training was intended to cover key points in the current and updated version of the Employment Act of 2008. The course also covered the main aspects of Employment Law, Employment Contract, Employment Tax, Unfair Dismissal Claims, and the effects of the current human resources law.

ระหว่างวันที่ 3-4 สิงหาคม 2554 สถาบันปิโตรเลียมฯได้จัดฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร “กฎหมายเพื่อการบริหารงานทรัพยากรบุคคล”ณ โรงแรมพูลแมน คิง เพาเวอร์ กรุงเทพฯ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ความรู้เรื่อง พรบ.คุ้มครองแรงงาน พ.ศ. 2551 ฉบับปรับปรุงล่าสุด โดยมีเนื้อหาครอบคลุมกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการจ้างงานการจัดทำสัญญาจ้างงานประเด็นทางภาษีในการจ้างงานคดีการเลิกจ้างอันไม่เป็นธรรมรวมทั้งประเด็นปัญหาหรือผลกระทบต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้นเนื่องจากกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล

Project Management & Project Leadership

PTIT organized the course: “Project Management & Project Leadership” during August 15-16, 2011 with Mr. Stephen A. Vianelli, PMP - Vice President - Operations of The Mentor Group Int’l, as the speaker, giving practical project management knowledge & leadership skills in order to successfully execute projects within the organization. The course, held at Miracle Grand Hotel, Bangkok, provided the key leadership skills required for the project manager to deal with and influence stakeholders, effective negotiation skills, etc.

เมื่อวันที่ 15-16 สิงหาคม 2554 สถาบันปิโตรเลียมฯ ได้จัดอบรมหลักสูตร “Project Management & Project Leadership”ณ โรงแรมมิราเคิล แกรนด์ คอนเวนชั่น กรุงเทพฯ โดยมี Mr. Stephen A. Vianelli, PMP -Vice President- Operations จาก The Mentor Group Int’l มาเป็นวิทยากรให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการโครงการ พร้อมสอนทักษะความเป็นผู้นำเพื่อนำไปใช้ในการบริหารโครงการในองค์กรให้ประสบความสำเร็จ รวมถึงทักษะด้านความเป็นผู้นำที่จำเป็นสำหรับผู้จัดการโครงการ ในการควบคุมดูแลผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง และเพิ่มความสามารถในการเจรจาต่อรองให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ฯลฯ
