Vision

To be an independent and neutral institute, providing professional services to support petroleum, petrochemical and related industries in Thailand to ensure continuous competitiveness and sustainability of the industry

Mission

To encourage and support the development of petroleum, petrochemical and related industries:

• To provide human resource development services and support to enhance competency and fulfill long term requirement for human resources of both public and private sectors
• To provide accurate, useful and timely information services and promote multilateral communication among the government, industry and academia
• To facilitate and promote centers of excellence to support and enhance research and development capability and relationship among the public, industry and academia
• To facilitate and promote open dialogue among the government, industry and academia for sound and practical public policies and regulations as well as prudent industry standards and best practices
• To foster relationships and promote social responsibility of industry members for public acceptance
