Accomplishments:

• Conducted in 2009 a major public opinion survey to evaluate public attitudes and opinions on the E&P industry. The results of the survey help the industry and the TF to better understand public opinions and perceptions so that the right communication strategies can be accurately identified to meet the objectives of the industry.

Activities:

Stakeholder Management Workshop

The Public & Government Affairs task force, under the PTIT E&P Standing Committee, organized a Stakeholder Management workshop on 6-7 August 2010 at Chonburi. The main objectives of this workshop were to brainstorm on how to manage stakeholder expectations and to develop strategies and action plans.
