Terminal Operations Task Force

Accomplishments:

• The collaboration of the Task Force in 2010 focused on the implementation of the vapor recovery system stage-II (VRU-II) and VRU for top loading system to comply with regulatory requirements. The Task Force proactively helped provide feedback directly to the DOEB and joined the meetings with the DOEB to work on preparation programs to ensure compliance with the law.
• The task force coordinates with DOEB to discuss on the draft of Tank Lease for Reserve of Products Own by Section 7 Oil Tradersto feedback and to ensure compliance with the law.
• The focusing issue of this task force is preparation on implementation of Euro IV oil specification in 1 January, 2012.
