MEMBERS' CONTRIBUTION

Members' Contribution is called from each member based on its nature of business, resources utilization, or production capacity (Table1).

Table 1: TYPE OF MEMBERSHIP AND MEMBER'S CONTRIBUTION: Petroleum Company and Others

Type of Membership		Nature of Business	Members' Annual Contribution
Full Member	Petroleum	Major Oil & Gas and Petroleum related business companies which have their full operations in Thailand	Based on the Institute's annual operating budget, Full member will share the remaining budget uncovered by contributions from Associates and Ordinary Members. The distribution of contributions among Full Member will be based on the volumes of business of member companies appropriately weighted. Minimum contribution is BHT 100,000 plus 7% VAT * For Oil & Gas companies, membership contribution will be calculated based on API formula.
	Petroleum	Major Gas users
	Petrochemical	Major Petrochemical companies: With capacity > 70,000 t/yr With capacity > 100,000 t/yr With capacity > 300,000 t/yr With capacity > 500,000 t/yr	Rates are subjected to 7% VAT BHT 100,000 BHT 150,000 BHT 200,000 BHT 300,000 BHT 400,000 * For Petrochemical companies, membership contribution will be calculated based on company's capacity.
Ordinary Member	Petroleum	Small Oil & Gas Producers
	Petrochemical	Petrochemical companies: With capacity = 70,000 t/yr and below	BHT 53,500 ( 50,000 plus VAT ) or US 1,685 ( US 1,574.77 plus VAT )
	Others	- Engineering Service Companies - Supply & Service Companies - Environmental Consultants - Engineering Consultants - Bank - Finance and Securities - Legal Consultants	* an ordinary member will be requested to become full member when company runs full operation in Thailand.
