Safety Database

A safety database was an initiative of Safety and Emergency Response Task Force under the Refining and Petrochemical Industry Standing Committee as part of HSE information service to our members. The objective of the safety database is to be centralized industry database for best-practices and lessons-learnt sharing of safety incidents specifically for the refining and petrochemical industry. Member companies help to contribute their own incident reports into the system through PTIT, who provides depository roles of the database as shown in diagram below.
