| The
PTIT believes that Human Resource Development must be
carried out systematically across a wide spectrum of
both professionally-qualified and non-qualified employees
so that no single group develops too far ahead of any
others. Only then, will organizations function as effectively
as possible at corporate level while also encouraging
excellence from individual employees. |
| Professionally-qualified
employees can benefit from the Institute's training
courses, technical workshops, seminars, conferences,
and international symposia. Those without professional
qualifications, including many members of the public,
can receive more general information about Thailand's
petroleum and petrochemicals industries through various
public lectures and television presentations arranged
by the PTIT, as well as from the Institute's petroleum
industry storybook. |
